We have maintenance in our first year along with the installation.  If a bulb goes out, just call us.  If a line is cut and the landscaper has marked it, just call us.  If you are having a group of people over and need to re-aim the system, just call us.  If anything is going on with the system, just give us a call.  We want to know what is going on so we are able to keep on top of things and get things repaired if needed, right away.  If there are any issues relating to the system, the first year is the time to catch any issues and deal with them quickly. 

 After the first year, we have maintenance agreements to fill the need for anyone.  We maintain anything from large estates to small projects.  Our aim is to have every installation running correctly.  We truly care that an installation we do is done correctly, and without problems.  Maintenance agreements can save you money over the lifetime of the system.  The agreements include all bulbs and general service.  It also includes reduced labor rates on trouble shooting, if any issues come up.  Maintenance agreements are like an insurance policy.
